Booking & Payment
- Advance: 50% of total Fee to be paid for booking the venue
- Remaining Booking Amount: to be paid at least 15 days prior to the event date(100% Booking Fee).
- 100% Booking fee if not received 30 days before the event, reservation will be cancelled with no refund.
- Security deposit of Rs.20,000/- should be deposited before 15 days of event which will refundable after 3 days of the event (for any breakage & damage).
- Bookings are done on first come first server basis.
- Booking Confirmation Receipt will be given to client after Advance booking.
- Payment Mode: Cash, Bank Transfer (NEFT), Demand Draft are accepted.
Facilities @ GRAND PAVILLION LAWNS
- 24000 sq.ft lawns Areas.
- 50 Vehicles Parking Available in lawns.
- LAWNS Timings: Morning 8 a.m To 3 p.m, Evening Timing: 4 pm to 11pm Next Day (Extra charges for additional hours).
- Cleaning Charges, Electricity Charges and Generator Fuel Charges are all inclusive in the package.
- Lawns AC will run for 6 hours. AC facility for additional hours will be charged at RS 1400/- per hour.
- 2 Rooms for changing only during the function hours.
- Room AC: Only for 6 hours
- Client must inspect the premises prior to taking possession. Similarly the venue is expected to be vacated in the same condition as it was handover to them.
- Client will be fully responsible for all liabilities, including food or any damage to the Rooms,Garden Area’s Trees,Washrooms, carpeting, equipments or other furnishings.
- Damage repair charges will be evaluated as per present market value & to be deducted from the Security deposit.
- Management is not responsible for any mishap. Natural Calamities and theft.
- Music system: 5 p.m- 11 p.m sharp.
- For DJ/Orchestra/ Any musical arrangement, guest has to arrange all valid licenses & permission . Grand Pavillion Lawns, shall take no responsibility for the same.
- All statutory permission (police, sound, excise etc.) will sole responsibility of client, copy of such permission will have to be presented in the office before 3 days of the event.
- Smoking or Spitting of paan, gutkhas and other tobacco consumption is strictly prohibited inside the Lawns premises.
- Spitting in the venue would attract the penalty of Rs.1,000/-.
- Grand Pavillion Lawns, representatives have the exclusive rights to restrict entry of certain guests into the premises.
- No animals and pets are permitted in the premises.
- Firearms and weapons are not allowed in the premises.
- Fireworks & firecrackers are strictly prohibited.
- Live counter is allowed.
- The existing Security system at Grand Pavillion Lawns shall be provided without any additional charge.
- If required then Valet parking Availble
Cancellation/Date Alteration
- A separate charge may be levied when an event date is changed.
- Please note that charges for change of date is subject to taxation.
- Booking amount would not be refunded under any circumstances.
Additional Services
- Decoration, Floral Arrangement, Illumination & Audio-Visual facilities will be provided by M EVENTS in house vendors only. ( RUPESH BHOIR Contact no -9819229444)
- Outdoor Decorater Are Not Allowed.
- In House Catering Vendor ( AAYOJAN CATERERS Mr. Ashish Contact No : 9867711124/9930229221) also Available.
- Outside Catering is allowed upon payment per Dish Rs 100/- have to pay as royalty to us, Kitchen Rental, Cleaning & Garbage Removal Charges as applicable
- The Cleaning & Garbage Removal charges to be paid along with the final settlement of Booking Fee.
- The Client has ensure that the outside catering vendor follows the guidelines of Grand Pavillion Lawns for cooking & waste disposal.
- The Client will be responsible for any damage caused by the outside catering vendor.
